Terms

• Care+ must be purchased together with the device and applies only to the original purchaser.
• The term is 30 months from the delivery date. Repair or replacement does not extend the term.
• Coverage includes accidental damage, drops and liquid damage during normal use, as well as defects in materials and workmanship beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
• Two claims are covered during the term. Wear parts (pads, brushes, squeegee blades, filters and batteries), theft, loss and intentional damage are excluded.
• On request, we will send a replacement before the defective device reaches us. Collection and return shipping within the EU are free, including for freight items.
• For business customers, Care+ also covers continuous commercial use, provided the device is intended for that use.
• Your statutory rights relating to defects remain unaffected by Care+.
