Withdrawal policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of thirty days.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires thirty days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MobiHero GmbH, Braunstr. 7, 81545 München, Germany, support@mobihero.de, telephone: +49 176 550 64000) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Returns address

All shipments must be returned to MobiHero GmbH, Speicherhof 212, Tor 6.12.1.2, 28217 Bremen, Germany.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly personalised to the consumer's needs.

Alternative arrangement for return costs

For parcel items, we bear the direct cost of return if the return is sent from the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. For freight items (equipment that cannot be sent as a parcel), we arrange collection; the return costs are estimated at a maximum of EUR 149.00.
