Freight delivery
Drinks refrigerators, scrubber dryers and pallet trucks are delivered on pallets, with kerbside delivery. Delivery dates are arranged in advance by telephone or email.

Parcels in Germany
1 to 3 working days with DHL, GLS or UPS. Tracking number by email.
Parcels within the EU
2 to 10 working days, depending on the country.
Freight items
Germany: 3 to 7 working days, rest of the EU usually 5 to 10 working days by prior arrangement.

How does freight delivery work?
We deliver large appliances by freight on a pallet, with kerbside delivery. The freight carrier will arrange the delivery date with you in advance by phone or email. Please inspect the goods upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you deliver to branches, construction sites or warehouses?
Yes. For businesses, we offer purchase on invoice, consolidated deliveries and delivery to branches, construction sites or warehouses. Simply get in touch via the contact form.
