The LastWerk V3 is a fully automatic battery strapping tool for PP and PET plastic straps. It reliably secures cartons, bundles and packages in warehouses, shipping, retail and production.

Tension, weld and cut

The tool performs each step directly on the strap: insert the strap, press the tension button, set the tension and weld. Adjustable tension from 600 to 3,200 N adapts to different packages and strapping tasks.

For PP and PET straps

The LastWerk V3 processes straps 13 to 16 mm wide and 0.4 to 1.2 mm thick. It suits numerous packaging applications for goods made of wood, paper, metal, aluminium and plastic.

Battery drive and controls

The brushless BLDC motor supports efficient operation. According to the product data, the 14.4 V / 4,000 mAh battery provides up to 400 straps per charge, with a charging time of approximately 100 minutes. A non-slip handle, separate tensioning and welding controls and a toothed plate simplify handling.
